Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

In general, all purchases are final, and there are no credits or refunds for unused portions of the purchased tokens. When you buy digital content through the app, you understand that you have waived your right of withdrawal since you agree that the content will be made accessible to you instantly. Therefore, unless the digital content is flawed, inaccessible, or fails to fulfill its promise, you will not be qualified for a refund. Before making a purchase, please read the description carefully since it contains all the information about the digital content you will be purchasing.

 

To request a refund for any purchases made with a Google Play account, please contact the app customer support at help@hlimate.com with your order number, which you can find in Google Wallet.

 

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase, and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
